Due to Covid restrictions and people not moving as freely anymore, they planned König Coffee EXPRESS in areas where there are 100’s or even 1,000’s of people all moving through selective streets or gated entrances, and the trailer then gives them access to a Fast Cup of Coffee. Add to that any other areas where it is legal to park a coffee trailer and the franchisee is in business.
What's For Sale: Hot and cold coffee beverages, from Espresso or Cappuccino, Hot Chocolate, and everything in between. While food offerings are limited to pre-made and individually sealed sandwiches, Muffins (savoury or sweet), Freshly baked Pies, Croissants, etc. because no food preparation is allowed
Equipment used: The Coffee Machines used are all König Coffee Machines, backed up and serviced by the Franchisor. All the equipment is fully Automatic, programmable to deliver exactly how the best cup of coffee should be made and allows the Barista to interact with clients while the machine does the coffee best.
Coffee Beans: They just love their coffee. Not too bitter, medium roasted, and with that rich aroma and full body to make sure customers will have a second one. The roastery uses two Buhler Coffee Roasters, and the roast master make sure only the best coffees are selected and roasted to their high standards and client expectations at all times
Training and Care: König Coffee does as much training as required to make the franchisee and their staff qualify as coffee fundis at the end of the training.
König Coffee makes and uses all their own care products for caring for the machines.
Other consumable products include: Milk powder, Hot Chocolate, Chai Latte’s, etc. are all manufactured specifically for them according to their secret recipes and in South Africa. This way they are in control to ensure the best quality and consistent taste.
Consumables & Care Product: Paper cups, sugar, and other consumables are sourced in-house from their central warehouse and distributed to franchisees. The Care products are manufactured with automatic machines in mind and are all available from the Franchisor
